10 Tips to help you stay focused at work (free download)

Staying focused at work can be difficult especially if you aren't happy there. The challenge with losing focus is that it can lead to disengagement that can spiral in many unhealthy ways. Here are ten quick tips to help you stay focused and ultimately engaged at work. If you found these tips helpful, feel free to download this tool and post it somewhere you may need the reminder.

  1. Remember to control your emotions. Things will happen to throw you off, don't let it.

  2. Swap out, 'I can't' with, 'I can', 'I will', and 'I am'.

  3. Add positive affirmations to your toolkit. Keep them in places you will see it DAILY.

  4. Cut the negative self-talk. It doesn't help or motivate you.

  5. Write things down; what you want to do, what you plan to do, EVERYTHING. Writing things down helps with accountability.

  6. Protect your dreams from people who don't have their own.

  7. Love yourself.

  8. Surround yourself with people who want to see you win.

  9. Remember that everything happens for a reason. It can either be a 'BLESSIN' or a LESSON.
